Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Full Refund: Cancel 15 or more days before class for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancel 15 days to 24 hours before class for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start are not eligible for a refund.
  • Transfers: You may transfer to another class (with approval) if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Transfers beyond 60 days may require you to redo the online pre-work.

What is Mental Health First Aid certification?

Mental Health First Aid certification confirms that you’ve completed nationally recognized training on how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Certification is issued by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and is valid for three years.

How long is a Mental Health First Aid class?

Adult MHFA certification includes two hours of required self-paced pre-work followed by a 5–6 hour instructor-led training (virtual or in person).
